چکیده
محیط امنیتی شرق و جنوب‌ شرق آسیا به دلیل ویژگی‌های ژئوپلیتیکی، ژئواستراتژیکی و ظرفیت‌های ژئواکونومیکی همواره بسترساز منازعه و تقابل قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای بوده است. این ویژگی‌ها در کنار مواجهه متفاوت بازیگران، ماهیت منازعات را تغییر داده و دامنه و شدت آن را بیشتر کرده است. بنابراین از آنجا که این منازعات محصول عوامل متعدد و پیچیده‌ای است، شناخت عوامل مهم و کلیدی مرتبط با آن بسیار حائز اهمیت بوده و می‌تواند در تبیین راهبردهای بازیگران درگیر مؤثر باشد. از این رو این پژوهش بر مبنای رویکردی توصیفی‌ـ‌تبیینی و به صورت نظام‌مند نوع مواجهه چین، روسیه و امریکا و رفتار و راهبرد آنان در این منازعات را بررسی کرده است و به الگویابی مدیریت منازعه این بازیگران پرداخته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اتخاذ، استمرار و پیگیری رویکرد، راهبرد و اهدافی معین از سوی این سه بازیگر منجر به شکل‌گیری سه الگوهای متفاوت مدیریت منازعه در قالب الگوی حل و فصل مسالمت‌آمیز توسط طرفین از سوی چین، الگوی تداوم منازعات و حفظ آن در چارچوب منازعه منطقه‌ای از سوی روسیه و الگوی تشدید و بین‌المللی کردن منازعات از سوی ایالات متحده امریکا شده است.
